Terms & Conditions
It is specified that the present conditions govern the sale by BoardGameSet Kft., miniatures and accessories on their website boardgameset.com
These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions.
1. PRICE
- The prices of our products are indicated in Euros all taxes included, excluding the cost of shipping and handling (see Time and Cost).
- For orders to countries other than Hungary, you are the importer of the goods concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or taxes of state are likely to be due. These rights are not within the jurisdiction of BoardGameSet. They will be your responsibility and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of returns and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to learn about these issues from your local authorities.
- All orders, regardless of their origin, are to be paid in Euros.
- The products will be charged based on the rates in effect at the time of order.
- The products remain the property of BoardGameSet until the full payment is recieved.
2. ORDER

Contractual information is presented in English and will be confirmed with all the contractual information at or before the time of delivery. BoardGameSet reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.
3. VALIDATION
You acknowledge having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions before placing your order. The checkout process is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Unless proved otherwise, the data recorded on the boardgameset.com website constitute proof of all transactions made by BoardGameSet and its customers.
4. AVAILABILITY
Our product offerings and prices are valid until they are visible on the site, subject to availability. In this framework, information on the availability of products are provided at the time of your order. Information on the site are provided for guidance only (control simultaneous error or stock. For products not stocked in our warehouses, our offers are subject to availability from our suppliers. This information comes directly from our suppliers, errors or changes may occasionally happen). In the event of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will notify you by e-mail upon information received from suppliers. In case of delay, that is unacceptable to the customer, the order will be canceled and refunded if the account has been debited. Orders not paid within a period of three months will be automatically canceled.
5. DELIVERY
The products are delivered to the shipping address you specified during the ordering process. The products are sent by FedEX, TNT or by PostNL (Netherlands Post). We will provide the parcel’s tracking number by email, so you can follow your shipment. If you give your phone number when registering, you agree to providing it to the courier service, and it will be on the parcel.
If you buy more products at the same time and one of them is out of stock (not posted on the site), BoardGameSet however, reserves the right to split shipments. The participation fee for shipping and handling will be charged for one shipment.
In case of delayed shipment, an email will be sent. In this case, and as long as the product hasn’t been shipped, you can always cancel your order.
6. PAYMENT
Payment methods for your purchases are the following:
– Barion (credit card)
Online payments completed by the Barion system. The credit card details doesn’t provided for BoardGameSet or any 3rd party person, it is completely managed by Barion only. Barion Payment Zrt. controlled by the Hungarian National Bank, authority number: H-EN-I-1064/2013.
– PayPal
– Bank transfer
7. REFUNDS
Upon receiving the product(s), you have 14 days, to return the product if they do not suit to your needs in the original condition. Return costs are always paid by the customer.

The returned product should be in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, and manuals, in perfect condition, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Before returning a product please inform us by email, or the contact form on our website. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer are not covered by our refund policy.
Refunds for products will be made within less than or equal to 30 days after receiving the returned products. Refunds will be issued by BoardGameSet by crediting your bank account or by refunding you via Paypal to the account used when placing the order. We won’t issue a refund without receiving the returned products beforehand.
8. COMPLIANCE OF PRODUCTS
We are committed to exchange the products apparently defective, damaged or incomplete or does not match your order. In the unlikely event of this happening, please send us a detailed statement in by email, about your issue with the received product.
In case of missing parts, we will forward your request to our manufacturer partner and they will send them out to you.
In case of defective products please return the product or components so that we can send you the replacement parts. Please always contact BoardGameSet before, so we can help you with the return process.
The shipping costs will be reimbursed based on the rate charged. In any case, you benefit from the provisions of the legal guarantee in particular those relating to warranty against hidden, or previously unknown defects.
The provisions of this article does not prevent you from enjoying the right of order withdrawal (money back) under article 7.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images published on boardgameset.com sites are reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property laws. For this reason and in accordance with the laws of intellectual property, our products are only available for private use, and subject to different rules, even when more restrictive laws of intellectual property are present at the location of use. Reproduction of material published on https://boardgameset.com in whole or in part, without permission from the owner BoardGameSet is strictly prohibited.
Products are up to change at any moment, without further notice.
12. LIABILITY
The products are conform to EU legislation. BoardGameSet can not be held liable for non-compliance with the laws of the country where the goods are delivered to (e.g. in case of prohibition of a title …). It is your responsibility to check with local authorities the possibility to import or use of products or services you plan to order.
Photos are for illustrative purposes. Please refer to product description of each product to know the precise characteristics, and in case of doubt or if you wish further information please contact us.
BoardGameSet is responsible for the content of pages it publishes via its website https://boardgameset.com
In case of manifest error between the characteristics of the product and its visual representation, BoardGameSet can not be held liable.
13. APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTES
This contract is subject to Hungarian law. The language of this contract is the English language. In case of dispute, Hungarian courts will have jurisdiction.
